MAKE UP WITH RELO – Booking, Cancellation & Payment Policy

1. Payment Policy

MAKE UP WITH RELO operates as a cashless business for convenience, security, and efficient appointment management.

All appointments are booked and paid for electronically through our approved payment methods. Payment secures the selected appointment slot and allows us to prepare staff, products, and resources in advance.

2. Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed once the booking process has been completed and payment has been successfully received.

Clients will receive confirmation via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another communication channel provided during booking.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Clients who need to change their appointment are encouraged to contact us as early as possible. Requests made at least 48 hours before the appointment will generally be accommodated subject to availability.

Any payments already made will be applied to the rescheduled appointment date.

4. Cancellations

Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client and preparation begins in advance, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may not qualify for a refund.

Where appropriate, management may offer a booking credit or rescheduling option at its discretion.

5. Missed Appointments

Clients who are unable to attend their appointment should notify us as soon as possible.

Appointments missed without prior notice may result in the loss of the reserved booking slot and may require a new booking for future services.

6. Late Arrivals

To ensure fairness to all clients, we ask that appointments start on time.

Clients arriving significantly late may have their service adjusted or rescheduled depending on availability and operational requirements.

7. Service Satisfaction

Client satisfaction is important to us.

If you have concerns regarding a service received, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review the matter and, where appropriate, work toward a reasonable resolution.

Corrective services may be offered where deemed necessary and appropriate.

8. Business-Initiated Changes

If MAKE UP WITH RELO is unable to fulfil a booking due to circumstances within our control, we will make reasonable efforts to:

* Reschedule the appointment; or
* Provide a refund to the original payment method where applicable.

9. Payment Queries

Clients are encouraged to contact MAKE UP WITH RELO directly regarding any payment concerns or booking issues so that we can resolve the matter promptly.

We maintain records of bookings, payments, appointment confirmations, and service delivery to assist with resolving any payment-related enquiries.

10. Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution and payment provider.

11. Acceptance of Policy
