BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY
Make Up with Relo

Thank you for choosing Make Up with Relo. Please read our Booking and Payment Policy carefully before making a reservation.
1. Service Bookings
Make Up with Relo provides in-store beauty services, including but not limited to:
* Makeup Application
* Wig Installation
* Nail Services
* Other beauty services as offered from time to time
All services must be booked in advance through our booking platform, website, social media channels, WhatsApp, or other approved booking methods.
2. Payment
Full payment or the required booking deposit must be made online at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Appointments will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
3. Appointment Attendance
Clients are required to arrive at the scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or cancellation of the appointment, depending on scheduling availability.
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, Make Up with Relo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Make Up with Relo reserves the right to approve rescheduling requests at its discretion.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty and personal services:
* Completed services are non-refundable.
* No refunds will be provided once a service has been rendered.
* Refund requests for cancelled appointments will be assessed in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined above.
* Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
6. No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show."
No-shows may result in forfeiture of any payments or deposits made.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
* Provide accurate booking information.
* Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or relevant medical conditions before the service.
* Follow any preparation instructions provided before the appointment.
Make Up with Relo will not be held responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.
8. Service Refusal
Make Up with Relo reserves the right to refuse service where:
* A client behaves in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner.
* Health, hygiene, or safety concerns exist.
* The requested service cannot be safely performed.
9. Changes by Make Up with Relo
In the event that we need to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative appointment date or a refund where applicable.
